Ready for launch at the Keweenaw Rocket Site is shown the 1/12th scale model rocket replica built by Glen Swanson and Peter Alway of the Nike-Apache (NASA 14.167GI), which originally launched from Keweenaw on January 29, 1971. Next to this is a 1/6th scale Arcas model rocket built by Peter Alway which also flew from the range in the mid 1960's. Photo was taken by Glen E. Swanson on August 30, 1997.
